Originally from New York, Jim Martin moved to Phoenix while in high school. He has been an active member of the community for over 40 years and appreciates the many unique benefits of life in Scottsdale, with its unmatched beauty, and culture.

Jim bought his first home at age 22 before starting and running a successful business for 30 years. During that time, he negotiated many office leases.
