Alex Balizado is a Filipino-American entrepreneur based in Scottsdale, AZ.  Alex is the Co-owner and CFO of One Roof Holdings, a portfolio of companies primarily focused on real estate and digital products (media & e-learning). Alex is an active or limited investor in a number of other industries including mortgage, title, and SaaS.

In his role as CTO of the KPZ Group, Alex is focused on implementing AI tools and backend systems to empower real estate agents with the data needed to provide the highest level of service to their clients.

Alex is known for his expertise in creating sustainable frameworks and flexible infrastructure for rapidly growing businesses.

Alex graduated from Lake Forest College Magna Cum Laude with a BA in International Relations with a focus on Global Microfinance. He worked in sales and later as an executive at a real estate technology company for 6 years before starting his first business.
