Being a 5th-generation Arizonan, Heather Martin has a long history working throughout the Phoenix metro area. Born in Tucson, she moved to the Mesa area during high school and then attended Northern Arizona University where she was a member of Northern Lights. In 2005, Heather entered the mortgage industry, starting as a loan officer and eventually becoming an account manager for the Teacher Next Door program, helping civil servants buy homes! Managing the program, Heather assisted in over 200 real estate transactions each year, across 46 states.

Heather loves all facets of real estate; her passion lies in both the commercial and residential markets. Always looking out for her client’s best interest, her eye is focused on the bottom line and potential of a property to gain equity over time. Keeping this in mind, she knows that real estate is a tool to build generational wealth as well as a place to call home. Handling all the details, on behalf of her clients, she provides them with peace of mind. As a real estate agent, she loves seeing the excitement in her client’s eyes when she hands them the keys to their new home or office. Family means everything to Heather. During her downtime, she loves spending time with family and friends, whether camping or at the beach.
